Years ago on the Discovery Channel there was a program called "It Takes A
Thief" that used two professional burglars to show viewers the ins and
outs of home burglary. The show didn't last very long, unfortunately,

when it comes to home security, are pretty lazy despite the fact that
60% of all home burglaries happen through unlocked doors and windows.
For years that figure has not changed-people do what people do.
Anyhow, back to the show. If I remember correctly, the way the show
worked is the producer would introduce the two burglars to a homeowner
and explain that they would break into the house and then do an after
action report with the homeowner to show the weaknesses and how easy it
was to get in.
